About Us

BehaviorPALS is a part of Yayasan Sahabat Anak Istimewa Indonesia (YASAINDO), a non-profit organization that carries a three-fold mission: to educate the community about special needs children, to advocate for these individuals and their families, and to provide empirically-based intervention to improve socially significant behaviors.
BehaviorPALS provides behavioral services for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorder. We use empirically-supported principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to work with our clients. Our treatment center is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, but our team serves families remotely across the country via telehealth.

Meet
Our Clinical Supervisors
Our clinical supervisors are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who received international certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). They are experienced in early intervention for typical and special needs children as well as professional and parent trainings.

Kunthi Kumalasari Hardi., M.Ed., BCBA.
Clinical Supervisor
Kunthi Hardi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a behavioral consultant with more than 5 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders. Kunthi completed his undergraduate education in Psychology at Universitas Indonesia, then completed her master's education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the University of Washington. In the last two years, Kunthi has primarily helped children with autism to learn and thrive in an inclusive school environment. In addition, Kunthi also applies ABA knowledge to help her students thrive in clinical, home and community settings. Kunthi believes in the use of Positive Behavior Support in overcoming behavioral problems by using methods that are not aversive, comprehensive, and develop collaboration to improve the quality of life of children and families with special needs. When Kunthi is not thinking about his students, Kunthi loves hiking in the beautiful mountains.

Tiara Rahadian Putri, M.S., BCBA.
Clinical Supervisor
Tiara Putri is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Tiara is experienced in working with children with autism and other developmental disorders, handling ABA in a 1:1 setting, and conducting ABA training for families/caregivers and professionals. Previously, Tiara worked at The Scott Center for Autism Treatment in the Early Intervention and Pediatric Feeding program. She is also a member of the Dissemination of Behavior Analysis Special Interest Group and the Association for Behavior Analysis International.
